Green Card

The process of going from a TN visa to U.S. permanent residency can be lengthy and complicated. We recently helped a client complete the transition from a TN visa, to an H1B visa, to a green card through PERM. We cover his 5-year journey from a TN visa to a green card here.

TN Visa Management Consultant to H1B Visa to Green Card – Approved!

After a 5-year journey, we were able to help our client complete the process of obtaining a green card through PERM after initial entry to the United States under TN visa status as a management consultant. The initial position was of a temporary nature and quickly turned into a permanent position. We were then advised to transition from TN status to an H1B visa. After two lottery attempts, our client was awarded an H1B visa number in the lottery. We then filed a successful H1B visa petition. The employer then decided to sponsor him through PERM for a green card. The process was certified by the U.S. DOL and followed by a successful EB-3 through USCIS. He and his family completed the process by adjusting their status to a green card while in the United States. They are all now U.S. permanent residents and will qualify to apply for U.S. citizenship in five years.

He left us the following review following the approval of his Green Card:

No better team for any of your immigration needs. Went through a TN to H1B to GC using them, and cannot be any happier they were on our side. Extremely professional, organized, meticulous. If you need anything immigration, this is the team. – TN Management Consultant to H1B Visa to Green Card through PERM!
