AARON AISEN, ESQ. handles immigration processing delays and other types of immigration matters in federal court. He has considerable experience in federal court, which includes clerking for two federal judges and litigating various claims including immigration cases. These immigration cases include Petitions for Writs of Mandamus in immigration application delays cases, Petitions for Writs of Habeas Corpus, and Petitions for Review in the 2nd Circuit. He and a colleague won a six-figure judgement in favor of their client after a full federal jury trial in a Section 1983 civil rights case. He has also successfully resolved immigration processing delay cases without going to litigation by working with the Department of Justice and USCIS.
