Literally less than 6 months and these documents and papers were processed and went through without any hassle or any delay.   Professional, capable, and empathic throughout our whole immigration process; Richards and Jurusik made everything straight forward and painless.My husband (UK) and I (US Citizen) got engaged the first week of March in 2019. I reached out to a few of my friends who are lawyers about what to look for when deciding on who to work with to manage our immigration process (none of them are immigration specific lawyers) and then began to set up initial meetings.I reached out to about a half dozen law firms, some in DC (where I live now) and some in Buffalo where my family is. I was ghosted completely by 2, 2 of the others were very slow to communicate and one was vague about the whole thing in a way that didn't inspire confidence at all. Richards and Jurusik on the other hand were exceptional. They set up an appointment for a consultation quickly.   In 2021, I was denied entry to the USA because I was married to a US citizen and the agent told be I had to apply for my GC before entering and could not enter until the GC process was going to be done. That could have taken 3 years. I was destroyed. I called at least 10 different lawyers. They all told me not to try to enter the USA again or I could be denied entry for 5 years. They told me not to apply for a TN visa because it could seem like not legitimate. Jeremy was the only one who believed he could help me. He built a very strong case for me and we applied for a TN visa to enter the USA again. Not only he made it work but 2 years later he also helped me with my GC and I now live in the USA and am a permanent resident and live happy with my husband now.
