All appointments are conducted either via phone or video call. In-person consultations can ONLY be booked over the phone. You will receive a confirmation email below with detailed dial-in instructions once you book your consultation. Check your email (and spam/junk folder) before your scheduled appointment to verify your ability to join on time.

  • In-Person Consultations: In-person consultations and consultations at the Batavia Holding Center can ONLY be booked by contacting our office at (716) 970-4007, which will incur extra charges.
  • Payment Options: We ONLY accept credit card payments for consultations. Consultations using any other form of payment will be canceled, and the payment form will be returned.
  • Attorney Selection: To ensure we provide the best service for your needs, we may assign an attorney who is better suited to your situation for your consultation, even if this differs from your initial selection. Please share as much detail as possible about your case to help us make the most appropriate match.
  • Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: The consultation fee is non-refundable as it secures the time reserved for your appointment, regardless of attendance. Only consultations canceled or rescheduled more than 24 hours in advance will be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
