Key Responsibilities

Visa Applications and Government Compliance:
- Advise businesses, individuals, and families on U.S. visa applications, including B-1, B-2, L-1, H-1B, and Canadian entry forms.
- Ensure accurate completion and timely submission of applications while maintaining compliance with immigration laws and government regulations.

Citizenship and Naturalization Guidance:
- Assist clients in navigating the U.S. naturalization process, including preparing and submitting N-400 applications.

Immigration Contracts and Compliance:
- Draft, review, and negotiate immigration-related contracts, including employment agreements for foreign nationals and compliance documentation for multinational corporations.
- Provide legal counsel on cross-border business transactions, ensuring alignment with immigration policies.

Business and Tourism Visa Strategy:
- Offer strategic advice on securing temporary U.S. (B-1/B-2) and Canadian visas for business and tourism purposes.
- Analyze the implications of NAFTA/USMCA provisions on business travel and provide tailored solutions for multinational clients.

Family-Based Immigration Support:
- Assist clients with family-based immigration petitions, including spousal visas, fiancé(e) (K-1) visas, and adjustment of status applications.
- Provide translation support, document certification, and legal guidance throughout the application process.
Qualifications and Skills
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
- One to three years of experience in immigration law, focusing on business, family, and employment-based immigration.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. and Canadian immigration regulations, including NAFTA/USMCA provisions.
- Exceptional legal research, writing, and contract drafting skills.
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple cases and meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-first mindset.
