At Richards and Jurusik Immigration Law, we pride ourselves in helping our clients obtain TN Visa status. We provide our clients with the best possible immigration representation available, and with hundreds of 5-star reviews, we guarantee our work product.

Although a TN Visa application can be done on your own, the process can be complex, taxing, and very stressful for all parties involved. Even small mistakes can lead to a refusal or denial.

It is best to speak with a TN Visa lawyer to verify your qualifications and review your application materials. Hiring an experienced TN Visa lawyer offers peace of mind, comfort, and reassurance during the application process. Once retained, we provide guidance and reassurance throughout the process at no additional charge.

We offer the following services for Canadians and Mexicans seeking to obtain TN Visa status to work within the United States.

Legal Services for TN Visas

  4. TN Visa Cover Letter – This option is for those that have complicating factors to their case or simply want an explanatory cover letter drafted by a qualified immigration lawyer for their TN Visa application directed to US Immigration. TN Visa to Green Card Legal Services

When done with competent legal counsel, TN visa holders benefit from the same process of obtaining a green card as other non-immigrant visa holders. The process is the same to go from a TN visa to a green card as it is to go from an H-1B visa to a green card. There is no additional fee for emails or phone calls. This includes:
    • Submission of DOL ETA 9141 request for a Prevailing Wage Determination (PWD).
    • Guidance and assistance on the drafting and posting of qualifying job Ads to meet the DOL posting and recruitment requirements for PERM.
    • Completion of the required DOL Recruitment Report.
