Mayorkas, 1/19/2023, USCIS reached a settlement agreement in which they agreed to return to the past practice of adjudicating properly concurrent filings of Form I-129 Petitions for Alien Workers, Form I-539 Applications to Extend or Change Status, and Form I-765 Applications for Work Authorization for derivatives.
