I-907 for Multinational Executives and Managers

On June 1, 2022, US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) began the implementation of premium processing through USCIS Form I-907 for certain pending Form I-140 Immigration Petitions for E13 multinational executive and manager petitions received on or before Jan. 1, 2021.

Who is covered in this expansion of premium processing?

This expansion of premium processing ONLY applies to petitioners who have a pending Form I-140 Petition for E13 multinational executive and manager petitions received on or before Jan. 1, 2021. USCIS will continue its phased approach while continuing to expand the availability of premium processing.

How do I apply for premium processing?

You can request premium processing for your pending case if you meet the above requirements by filing Form I-907 Request for Premium Processing with USCIS.

USCIS Update – Extension of Temporary Waiver of 60-Day Rule for Civil Surgeon Signatures on Form I-693

On September 29, 2022, US Citizenship and Immigration Services announced an extension of the temporary waiver of the validity of the civil surgeon’s signature on USCIS Form I-693 Report of Medical Examination and Vaccination Record through March 31, 2023, for all Form I-693s that have not been adjudicated regardless of when the application was filed or signed by the civil surgeon.

The profession of a Physician is listed under the USMCA(NAFTA) professions list as a profession that qualifies for TN visa status. However, this only applies to physicians that are teaching or conducting research.
