TN Visa to H1B Visa to EB1A Green Card Approval!

Our client had a unique journey to a green card. We first helped him obtain TN Visa status as a management consultant. He was then offered a permanent role with a company that sponsored him for an H1B visa. While with the employer they completed the EB2 PERM process for him. Due to significant visa backlogs, he decided to try for an EB1A as a Marketing Expert. We were able to argue his case before USCIS and he was approved. Since the priority dates for the EB1A were current, he and his family were able to immediately file for their green cards. They are all now US permanent residents.
