USCIS Ends Remote Attorney Access on May 18, 2026
USCIS will no longer allow attorneys to attend interviews remotely starting May 18, 2026. Applicants for Green Cards, asylum, and NACARA must now ensure their legal representatives appear in person, with limited exceptions.
