H1B Visa Approved for Cardiac Perfusionist after TN Visa Denial

We successfully received the approval of an H1B Visa for a Cardiac Perfusionist through Form I-129 with US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) after a TN Visa denial. The employee first attempted to obtain a TN visa at a US port of entry under the Medical Lab Technician/Technologist profession and was denied entry.  We were able to review the profession and placement of the employment at a non-profit teaching hospital and file a successful H1B visa petition. On July 15, 2022, US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), provide an update on the expansion of premium processing for certain pending Form I-140 Petitions for Alien Workers. Beginning August 1, 2022, USCIS will begin accepting Form I-907 requests for Premium processing for the following:

US Immigration Update – USCIS Expanding Premium Processing

US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) has announced efforts to increase efficiency and reduce case backlogs and processing times. In this effort, USCIS is expanding expand premium processing to additional form types and will improve timely access to employment authorization documents (EAD).
