USCIS Update – USCIS to Resume bundling Petitioner Form I-129s and Derivative I-539s
On January 19, 2023, USCIS agreed to resume the bundling and adjudication of USCIS Form I-129 Petition for Alien Worker, USCIS Form I-539 Application to Extend/Change Status, and USCIS Form I-765 Application for Work Authorization for derivatives when filed concurrently.
