How do I report an Immigration violation such as marriage fraud, employment violations, and other immigration crimes?
If you are a victim of an immigration crime or suspect a related crime has been or is being committed, you can report it to US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). You can submit a tip to ICE both online or through their anonymous online tip form or by calling their anonymous tip line. ICE enforcement includes but is not limited to the following crimes: marriage fraud, child exploitation, human rights violations, employment violations, exploitation of unlawful workers, narcotics smuggling, trade violations, weapons smuggling, and hundreds of other types of criminal activity. You can report a suspected violation through either one of the below options:
- ICE Anonymous Tip Line – Anonymous tips may be reported to ICE via the toll-free ICE Tip Line, (866) 347-2423
- ICE Online Tip Form – Anonymous tips may be reported to ICE via their online tip form by copying and pasting the following into your browser: https://www.ice.gov/webform/ice-tip-form
You don’t need to be a victim. If you are a victim of an immigration crime or suspect one is being committed, report it to ICE. Your claim will be handled anonymously.
