USCIS Update – USCIS Removes 60-Day rule signature rule for Form I-693

On March 31, 2023, US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) updated its policy regarding civil surgeon signatures on USCIS Form I-693,  Report of Immigration Medical Examination, and Vaccination Record. Extending the validity of the civil surgeon’s signature from 60 days to up to 2 years.
