Appointments are required for TN Visa and L1 Visa Applications
The Port of Buffalo, which includes: the Fort Erie/Buffalo Peace Bridge, the Niagara Falls/Rainbow Bridge, and the Lewiston Queenston Bridge, require advanced appointments for the processing of both TN Visa and L1 Visa applications. If you will be applying for a TN visa or an L1 Visa in the Port of Buffalo, you must call ahead to schedule your appointment. Walk-in appointments are not accepted.
TN Visa and L1 Visa Appointment Times
The Port of Buffalo processes TN visa and L1 Visa applications Monday – Friday between 8 am and 3 pm EST. Due to the demand for appointments at the Port of Buffalo appointments fill quickly. We recommend calling to reserve your appointment at least 2 weeks in advance.
Scheduling a TN Visa and L1 Visa Appointments
You can schedule your appointment at the Port of Buffalo by calling 1-716-843-8521, Monday – Friday from 8 am to 4 pm EST. You will receive a confirmation number after rescheduling your appointment.
Advanced Submission of Documents
In some cases, it makes sense to submit your application documents in advance. After scheduling an appointment and receiving your confirmation number, documents may be submitted in advance to BuffaloUSMCA@cbp.dhs.gov
