CALEB BEATTY, ESQ. focuses exclusively on business immigration law, helping clients navigate the complexities of the U.S. immigration system with precision and clarity. With a background in both science and military service, he brings a unique blend of analytical rigor and disciplined execution to every case.
Before entering the legal profession, Mr. Beatty earned dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Physics and Computer Science from Canisius University. He later obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of New Hampshire Franklin Pierce School of Law. He is licensed to practice in the state of New Hampshire and is authorized to provide immigration legal services across all 50 U.S. states and internationally.
Before entering the legal profession, Mr. Beatty served for nine years in the United States Marine Corps infantry as a machine gunner, including a deployment to the Far East with operations in Korea, Okinawa, and mainland Japan. He currently serves in the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve with Charlie Company, 1st Battalion, 25th Marines.

Known for his meticulous attention to detail, he is dedicated to helping individuals and businesses achieve their immigration goals through thoughtful and effective representation.
Outside of his legal work, Mr. Beatty is an avid outdoorsman and lifelong adventurer. He earned the rank of Eagle Scout before beginning his undergraduate studies and continues to enjoy hiking and exploring the natural world.
