Christine Jurusik advises businesses and their employees on the preparation and filing of non-immigrant and immigrant visa petitions and counsels families and individuals on the family-based immigrant visa process and on obtaining U.S. citizenship. Christine also handles Canadian Rehabilitation matters for U.S. citizens who are criminally inadmissible to Canada.
She received her Honours Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Toronto and her LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School. She is admitted to practice in both New York and Ontario. As a dual citizen of Canada and the United States, she has been through the U.S. immigration process herself and she understands the process from a Canadian perspective.
