CHRISTINE M. JURUSIK, ESQ. practices primarily in the area of US immigration law. Ms. Jurusik has received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of St. Michael’s College in the University of Toronto, and an LL.B. (Legum Baccalaureus) from Osgoode Hall Law School.
She regularly represent businesses in their temporary employment visa petitions and applications in the L-1, E-1 and E-2, H-1B, O-1, and TN categories, and in their employment-based permanent resident applications. She also advises families on petitioning their loved ones for permanent residence in the United States, and helps Canadian/US couples successfully navigate the US immigration system. Christine also assists American citizens to reenter Canada after a criminal conviction.
Christine is a Citizen of Canada and the US, and is licensed to practice law in both Ontario and New York State.
